i'm from montreal so probably the best option i have is rogers. thing is, i'm in a huge rush so i cannot physically go down to a rogers store anytime soon. since i'm new to cell phones, i'd like to know if i'm able to completely set up an account online and have them mail me the phone. also, is it possible for them to bill me through my credit card? thanks!
