Here's a couple pics to show how shiny the skin makes the phone. The one below is my girlfriends phone taken during the installation process.

Alright guys, I've had the skin on for a couple days so here's an update.

After the initial application your phone will be covered in lint if you keep it in your pocket. As the phone sits once the application is done, it'll shrink up ever so slightly causing the edges to have some tackiness, although you can't feel it, but once you pull it out of your pocket all the lint will be a dead giveaway. I simply licked my finger and rubbed it along the edges to get rid of that and now that it's been a couple days all of the tackiness is gone and no more lint.

Being an autopian, orange peel is not something I like. This skin gives the phone orange peel as seen in one of the pics below. But considering it's not as much there for looks as it is protection, I can deal with it. So far so good, below are some pics of my phone I just took a few minutes ago.

Yeah, I took a few pictures. I'll upload them and post em up a little later. The last time I posted a link the admin spanked my hand

I paid $6.99 for the product.

Well, I just got my skin yesterday and decided to give it a go tonight.

Installation was pretty straight forward but because the skins are cut so precisely, precision placement is a must!! As soon as you place the skin on the phone you must work quick to ensure proper placement or it's not gonna come out right. Anyone who has built scale models before is pretty much used to the procedure as it's very similar to applying the decals that come with the model kits.

I like the look the freshly applied skin gives the phone, it makes my blue phone glossy and even makes the sparkles pop! The only trouble/issues so far, keeping in mind that I just got done with the install about 10 minutes ago, is that the part that covers the front of the phone is cut a hair too wide on the outer edges. The edges of the skin come all the way to the edges on the left and right sides and seem to extend just a human hairs width past it. Imagine opening the phone, the edge i'm talking about is just to the left and right of the screen. I'm hoping the skin shrinks up slightly as the application solution evaporates. The other issue is on the backside of the phone where "Samsung" is embossed into the upper portion, some of the application solution got into the lettering, but most of it remained dry, i'm hoping that solution evaporates so the letters look crisp and clean. Other than that, so far so good.
