LG is actually the #1 phone manufacturer in the CDMA market. Verizon's LG VX8300 is the #1 selling model at the current time (it has been for about 9 months).

I'll be honest when I first heard of LG I thought cheap import because I never heard of LG before I seen dryers and washers at the home depot under the brand LG, My choice came down to Samsung and LG I took a gamble and went with the LG because it had a better layout, and most important all the workers walking around verizon had it.

Turns out I made a very good choice I love this phone LGvx8300, long battery life, great reception and a speaker phone thats load and I use it all the time, The phone seems to be built very well, and charges fast

Can't speak for all LG phone models and mine has since been outdated but I will highly consider another when my contracts up, but I doubt I'll be staying with Verzon
