    Just purchased kit for pix and ringtones. 2 family members just want to download pix to pc's. And we DON'T want messaging, so we CAN'T send them. Family member installed the Datapilot software, it will charge his phone, but won't show any files from the phone. I've seen the answer to this before, but I can't find it and I'm totally annoyed. And I can't find out anything about Samsung's PC software. Their site doesn't like Opera and I won't run IE.
    Now that I've ranted, how do you get the DataPilot to find the phone to download pictures?
