    Hello All,

    I am not able to use my phone Nokia 6020 and getting the message 'check multimedia settings' at startup.After pressing ok it gives message sending failed. Tried reseting many times but still the same.Basically Iam not able to get in the phone. could someone please help me in solving this .thanks in advance
