The option is gone because you have that specific photo set as a picture ID or possibly wallpaper on your phone.

I used to like this phone...until I transferred some photos. I took the "card" out and transferred about 40 photos via UBS. Then I put the card back in the phone so I could "send" the rest of the photos to the card, one by one of course..... Now, instead of seeing an option to send the photo to the card, that option is gone and in its place is a "lock" and it wants to lock all the pictures instead. So I can't do any more photo transfers? What's going on!
