it's the ringtone on the other person's phone, there is an issue with their phone, helps!

hi, the person you are calling probably has a custom ringtone set for you...tell them to make sure that they go to your contact profile on their phone and remove any preset ringtone for your phone..this should allow your call to result in their ringtone and not some "stupid sounding song" :P...I, myself have a Nokia 3500-classic (for 2 years) and this has never happened to me ...since it's the ringtone on the other person's phone, there is an issue with their phone, not yours ...hope this helps!

Hi im new to the forums, and new to nokia's.... i just purchased a nokia 3500 about 3 hours ago... i've fiddled and i like this phone.... the problem is.... when some one calls me... they get this stupid sounding song when it rings.... on their phone... not on mine... instead of "ring....ring" they get some stupid song sung by a girl.... how do i fix this?
