1st we need to know if it's the phone problem

put your sim card into another good phone and ask the same person to call you again.

If the voice does not fade with this good phone, it's your phone problem. Send it for Service!

i rarely phone to know this but almost everytime i get a phone call,after a while if or when they phone me for a while,it starts to fade away and fluctuate,fades and comes back

does it fix itself when you recall the person? Sounds like a service issue...

i have a 3 month old nokia 6131,but when they phone me the voice drops almost silent,but the connection stays,you know what i mean?? HE or she who phones me ,after a while their voice seem to fade and come and its irritable,went to the dealer and he told me its not from the phone,changed sim card too and still have to try it out good,anybody had a similiar problem??? The reception from the provider is always good by the way,any similiar experience???
