    did you synchronize to your Micrsoft Outlook? If yes, then it's easy.

    I know this sounds crazy but I suggest you buy another 6310i so that the data can be restored.

    I would advice you to look at MobileWipe (mobilewipe.com) - that online service let you backup, restore and even delete your phone if you lose it.
