Is the number that you were receiving the messages from still an active number?

If not, there is absolutely no way to get the messages that are still being sent to it, as the number is no longer active.

If it is, you could get a cheap phone and have it activated with the same number.

If this is under your parents contract, and the number still is active, you will need to get their permission to switch the number over, or activate the new phone with that number.

no you cannot track them online. You need to have the physical phone in hand and/or "spy" software installed that allows you to download text messages and other logged actions and then view them on your computer.

The only way you can view your messages are...
    1) get your original phone back
    2) get a new cell phone, call customer service and have your new phone activated. They may charge you an additional fee for activating your phone.
