The method I use is to unplug the memory card, put it in a USB/Micro SD adaptor (eBay) and plug it into the USB slot on my monitor. The video is drag n' dropped into the "My Flix" folder.

When selecting a USB/MicroSD adaptor, look for one that accepts a MicroSD card directly (without adaptors). It's a pain to keep track of those little pieces.

I have converted them to 3GP and I have BitPim but I just don't know how to put them on my phone. Anyone know?
