Hi I got a Samsung SGH E335, I'm getting a new phone very soon. I have this problem where when I power on the phone, I get the blue screen of death in both the small caller ID display and the primary display on the phone. I called up t-mobile and they said it was a firmware problem and that they had to re-install the firmware which I would of done myself but I didn't have the cable. So I had to send it to some place and I got the phone back and its doing the same exact thing. When I first got it, It would power on and stay on normally. Now It works for only 1 or 2mins, and then turns into a blue screen. I made a video of whats going on right now. The phone itself is pretty damn cheap and small, I don't care for it but I need something to recieve and make calls, I got the phone for free when I opened the plan so I was like ok I'll take it and see how the service is. The phone is so damn cheap when I cover it with my hands I lose signal strength.
