Find the location of the factory alarm tones, and put you custom tone in that folder.

I read the thread, and I'm still not seeing where it says how to upload the file to the phone. Sorry, maybe I'm just missing it.

I've tried this already. I have the mmfs ready to go on my computer, but when I try to upload them to the phone, it says that they are not of a compatible file format. Is there a specific way to upload them that will allow it to work?

    Hi.

I just got a new Samsung SYNC phone. My old Samsung (a different model) would allow me to choose one of my downloaded songs to be my alarm tone or message alert tone, but this one seems not to allow that. Does anyone know how I can get around this problem?

    Thanks!

    ~Marianne
