    I sent you a PM.
Bottom line, You need the latest RSS Super Agent to read or write your codeplug.
(Its like you need adobe to open a .pdf file)
Once read or wite code plug, a backup would be saved in the RSS folder. the code pluge is a .dbf file.
Do a seach on your PC for any .dbf files, but if you never ran RSS, than I doubt you'll find anything.
In the future, after you take the phone out the box, do a codeplug back up before you make any changes.
Then do another one with your custom settings.

My wife's I850 has the white screen of death. I tried to reprogram using motorola's software but it gave me an error saying it couldnt find a backup codeplug.

I searched here and found out how to get my codeplug, but all links to the required software dont work.

So is there anyway to get the codeplug without the software?

Can anyone help? I really don't want to send the phone back and be without the phone for a week.

    thanks
