Well, Metropcs has a plan for $50 that includes everything and by everything I mean even takes... The coverage is better in the USA than you can imagine specially if you are in a metro are like Dallas, LA, NY or Miami... they are the first to use LTE so the speed of the internet was surprisingly fast!!! Faster that WIFI in some cases.. They have for 5$ more a plan to call international if your business requires you to call say Great Brittan all the time.. well with a PREPAID blackberry from metro you can call unlimited to over 100 countries.. NICE.. then you also don’t have to worry about whether you call at night or in the day,, Reality is if you have a blackberry you probably have it for your business and business hours are not after 9PM or weekends.. They also have family plans and all the usual toys for your phone.. Like ring back tones, Ring tones etc..
They stand out because they are reasonably low priced for all they include... The first month is included in the purchase of your phone... and the phone is only $199.. you get a 1 GB included..
They have extra services they provide from family phone numbers, so all your family phones ring when somebody calls your family number, to phonebook back up, customized called it, so people see your business name and info when you call.. GPS included.. Mobile banking, Video conferencing, Pandora, and well to many to write.. all for $50 ..

No a bad deal.. so you see, I would defiantly explore going prepaid versus being limited to a contract and when I can talk on MY phone...

Also I used metro because I have it, but there is lots of companies out there that due the same... you just got to look for them..

I’m sure that does seem pretty weird!!

Here’s a one reason I thought of. Say he has a bb9630 and uses it on A CDMA provider? But just wants the added security of being able to take advantage of the only other means of phone service GSM , the worlds standard for mobile phones. To me I’d say the dudes a geniuses!! aka Lukytry- Until the rollout of the new LTE aka 4G is fully introduced the ability to use any network in the world with 1 phone aka BB for just prepaid more... I mean pennies more why not?? with my VRZ cdma bb , t mobile chip & Verizon chip I can receive service in any place in the word that offers phone signal, EVEN IN THE USA . Verizon chip is only used for calls and data abroad. I’d say it’s the network can you hear me now!!!!!

Thanks for the info on the flex plans, I never knew about these. Which is why I thought I was stuck with metropcs, I mean metro offers me a good service but it is always good to know you have options.

Actually, T-Mobile DOES have Blackberry service for prepaid customers if they have the Flex Pay plan. The only difference is that you pay in advance for whatever plan you choose and it's really cheap at the moment. I have a $49.99 plan that gives 1500 anytime minutes along with free nights and weekends, which is unheard of for a prepaid customer. This is cheaper than most regular account plans from any carrier. Plus I have a Blackberry and only pay an additional $9.99 for unlimited email service.

Blackberries have their own internet called Blackberry Internet or Blackberry Enterprise, just depending on what your need is. So, if the plan says sidekick, then it won't work. Best thing to do is contact, T-Mobile and ask for the t-mobile to go dept. They explain what prepaid plans they have for blackberries.
