The battery is internal and would require you to take the phone apart. I'd go to a Sprint store and tell them to swap you out with a new battery.

All the new samsungs i have purchased haven't had the best battery life. But are you sure you used the phone untill it was completly dead, and then charged it (while the phone was off) for 24 hours?

I didn't do that for my last 2 phones (too anxious to use them) and ruined my battery, well i have to charge it daily at least which sucks.

Ohterwise i suggest buying a new battery from samsungs website

40+ people are online and no responses?

The phone charged a little, and turns on now. But it keeps saying low battery and seems as if the charger is plugging and unplugging continuously (keeps beeping rapidly)

My samsung upstage seems to have a bad battery or something, I am charging it but it seems as if it won't hold a charge. I have the battery case thing on and its charging, but I have been charging 20 minutes then try to turn it on and it turns on for 10 seconds. Then the music side is flashing the charging icon and the folders menu at the same time... Help?
