    Hi there,

I just tried to disassemble my Samsung D807 in order to clean some dirt off the inside of the screen (which had sunk in when there was water trapped inside the phone). I didn't get to the point of actually separating the LCD from the rest of the case, but upon reassembling the phone, I now find that the LCD is off. Eek! It seems I killed something in the process of disassembling and reassembling it, and I'm wondering if anyone can advise which particular connections or parts to check. I noticed a small tear on the very side of the main ribbon connecting (I assume) the LCD and the motherboard, though I also noticed that the smaller square silver connector was previously disconnected, and it's now connected. Should I attempt to completely disassemble the thing in order to examine the LCD display itself? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer to help me save my dear phone!

    - Daniel
