I am very sorry for that... I meant unlocking the phone itself so it can be used on another providers network. Thank you Jazz

Can anybody help me with unlocking the lg g4020 phone? I would sure appreciate it. My mother is 98 yrs old and she won't use any other because she knows how to work that one. please help! Jazz
