I had that same problem with my Sony, but it is a different model. Still try this and see if it works. TUrn the phone off, attach memory stick and then turn on and save.

Sometimes I wouldn't know if it was saved or not until I checke don my laptop later and the files were there even though the phone kept saying saving and never seemed to get past that part.

My k 750i mobile is not able to save camera pics taken into memory stick, but it is able to save videos into memory stick
