Sounds like you might have a defective phone. If you have warranty through either the wireless service provider or manufacturer, then go ahead and replace it.

When i set a theme i got it will switch back to the orginal side colors of yellow and greenish color. Why does it do this?

Also the keys on it are breaking!! Do you think that Sony will send me a new one since the keys are breaking?
