    Update: I found a post on the Nokia forum by a user who says this same cable worked fine on his 2610.

    I'd still like to know what the term "securily locked" means, as opposed to simply "locked".

    HI...

    I just acquired a Nokia 2610, on a AT&T GoPhone plan. It's the first cell I've had in years. I downloaded the Nokia PC Suite and bought a data cable. But the software does not recognize the phone.

    During the "connect a phone" sequence it warns to make sure the phone is not "securely locked". I'm not sure what this means. Could someone explain please?

    Also I can't figure out how to access the speakerphone or headphone feature.
