I was on tech support with Iogear for an hour and a half last night. I learned alot during that time and got my device working properly. Am I missing something in BitPim? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you putting a single phone in discovery mode, and not trying to do both at the same time? I was having some strange issues when I had one phone connected, then tried to connect another at the same time.

Bluetooth isn't reliable for transferring a large data. I would get another phone that has an SD card and transfer songs to that.
