The only one I know for sure that can record fm radio is the Nokia 3300. (the one shaped liked a taco with the QWERTY keyboard)

The music xpress series may be able to, and many series 60 phones (n73, n75, n95 etc..) have a built in FM radio.

I am looking for a less expensive Nokia GPRS/EDEG phone with an FM radio and allows me to record live music.
