haha, no, its not the qwerty. some letters are switched and i don't like it one bit. i bought it used for $100. I fixed it by calling samsung and getting a reset code but the weird thing was, when i read him my serial number, his records said that the phone doesn't exist. anyone know whats up? the phone started up in french if that means anything

I know this is unrelated but i'm assuming you're in the US. Do you have the QWERTY keyboard? If so where did you purchase it?

ok, so i got myself a samsung f700. the only problem is that the phone is locked. when i say locked, i don't mean locked to the service provider. i mean there is an option to ask for a PIN number each time the phone is turned on. i have no way of finding the PIN number and i would like to avoid contacting Cingular. is there a master PIN or and type of hard reset that i can do? or anything at all that i can do?
