    They can, you'll be amazed at technology. But I don't think all providers can do that, they must have a GPS.

    This is something I've been curious about for quite some time. Is it possible to enter someones cell phone on the internet, and get all their information? Reason I'm asking is because, my friend told it was possible. He also said he saw numerous sites online, that request you pay, and it apparently gives all the persons personal information..where they live etc. Is it possible? Kinda scary thought, when you think about it.
