i have had the same problem, some picture messages download and others don't even t-mobile to t-mobile.

i dont even know what mms is...thats just where my picture messages goes in that folder..my reg. txt messages go in the ..text message folder..but i have the plan to send and recieve pic messages because before i got this phone i sent/recieved..i think i know how to fix the problem..in the mms menu it asks (stuff below) i think some of that stuff is suppose to be diff. but i dont know what..

i have a cingular 2125 unlocked..and i cant send or recieve pic messages ..i do recieve the message but it doesnt download..it just stays in my mms folder..its been like this since i got the phone..
