as far as I'm concerned everything should be voice operated. These are phones for christs sake, you shouldn't be pushing puttons or touching screens. You should just be talking on them and that's how they should get their input and commands. Same goes for GPS and Radios and everything else. Pushing buttons, and little bitty one's at that, is just plain stupid. Quit buying this crap and make them take it to the next level. JMHO
