    Lol, that is random... It must be something to do with your phone / overseas calls, as I'm from the UK and we don't get dogs barking when someone calls us lmao. You might wanna check with your operator - if someone's causing it, it's most probably them...

    When dialing some UK mobile phones from the states, we're occasionally seemingly getting connected to a recording that plays dog barking and sounds as if they are looking for the person we are trying to reach. Nobody ever comes back on the line. Is this a scam, a joke, not sure what to make of this. Many times we call back later and speak to the person we're trying to reach.
