Actually I figured it all out! All I had to do was hit the Find a device button and everything went back to normal so if this happens to you just hit the find device button on Bitpim

Okay well what settings should my bitpim be to upload my ringtones and contacts because all of a sudden im getting a message saying it cannot find a port from my phone but yet it says the phones connected..my com port is set at 8....is that right or no?

Please help me with this asap!
