    Hello fellow cellphone users! I'm having a problem with my Nokia 6315i, like sometimes it turns off by itself, and it loses connection outside where everyone else has service, and all it shows is "EV", does anyone know how to reset factory settings on my phone?

    It would be great if someone can help me out!
