I've used Kajeet.com for my oldest son. I can find out exactly how long he talks and to whom. Plus if I want to restrict certain numbers I can. This is a prepaid service so when he runs out of minutes he's done. It really is great because now if he is out somewhere all he has to do is call me and if I ever wonder who he is calling I can find out really fast.

New to the forum. I was wondering: Is there any carriers that allow text messages to be downloaded remotely, say, on the internet or in email?

I'm not too savvy on the text msg deal myself, but I had thought there were some carriers where, at the very least, you could retrieve your messages online through their website.

Dunno...but my girl is 12 and I feel I have the right to monitor the gist of her messaging.

    Thoughts?
