    Then try their home menu, if you don't find it, say "Representative" and a representative from Fido would pop up, and you can try asking them.

    If I remember correctely if you call your voicemail, go to settings and one of the options is that you can change your personal answering message.

    Do you have prepaid or do you have a plan?

    Hi all,
    I'm currently with Fido and I have a question concerning the answering machine.
    Every time someone calls, the machine says 'you have reached [my phone#]'... How can I change this message to a personalized one in which I would have my name in it or something...
    I know a lot of people have done this already but I just don't have a clue on HOW TO do it (no results as of Fido's website search function).
