its alright. desktop manager is a cd which contains all the standard applications/settings the phone initially comes with... i.e.: the blackberry messenger. you say its a t mobile phone, so it should have had that cd included. if it didnt, try to get it. other than that theres not much that can be done.

Sorry I am not to familiar on how to do that. I cannot find it at all anywhere. It's a T-Mobile phone, but I got it unlocked and use it in Canada. I don't know where to find it. My bad.

I get an error when trying to get it that it's not compatible even though I have the latest firmware.

Is there is a reason that I wouldn't be able download the IM program to my Blackberry? Does it matter what cell phone provider I have? I have newer firmware than some people that actually have the IM on their phone. It says that it's not compatible with this phone. It's an unlocked T-Mobile phone that I am using in Canada (Fido/Rogers network). Any ideas?
