When I tried to access a page showing payments and when due, it activated a payment for the coming month, starting that day. This lost me 100 night and weekend minutes I still had left. When I finally reached a person, they said nothing could be done. When I asked why not, they said "it was not their policy"
That is a real cop-out. Apparently your cycle is up at midnight on due date of payment.

You should call them (if you can [if you can't then that's ridiculous]). Tell them that you've sent them 5 emails over the past month and they might give u a deal or something. ps. it always helps to sound angry :-)

I've sent five emails to Virgin Mobile over the past month and have received not one reply. I wanted to know about my cycle and when it begins and ends. This - in order to keep track of my minutes. The service is not good.
