Sounds like the phone needs a software (firmware) update ...
to match new towers and such.

Go to their store or web site. Don't flush 7 years down the drain.

I am in need of some help/suggestions

I've been with US Cellular for over 7 years and lately I've been having a lot of problems with dropped calls. Being a public safety officer I can't have this happening as much as it is now.

Can I get them to credit money to my account?
