This phone is horrible. It was only great the first day I got it and slowly deteriorated. I can't even see the screen and I have only had the phone a year. I have never spilled anything or dropped the phone either. Aliant/Bell's poor customer service doesn't help the situation either!

I also have this phone ... its not bad, gets the job done. I do like the slide out keypad for texting.

i have this phone and it sucks! i am on the 2nd phone since having it since last march. the first one broke after simply falling from the couch to the floor. the screen cracked and wouldnt display anything. i then had to take it to the store for them to replace ,and it took me a whole week to get another phone.
now i am on the 2nd phone,and it is awful,it shuts off on its own even if the battery is fully charged.sometimes it lags,and when i am sending ppl text messages,sometimes it will freeze up and the screen will turn white and it wil erase everything i have typed and go back to the main screen. not to mention that some of the keys are sticking and half if tgem you have to push numerous times in order for them to work.

i cant wait to get a new phone,i am getting tired of this phone,
