iPhone 3G, 8GB for $199. Just got one.

Thanks for being an early adopter and supporting Apple's development of new products so that I could get it cheaper.

I couldn't go that route because my contract is paid for by my company and they frown on us changing the contract just to get a new phone. I stayed with AT&T and have the same data plan I had before but now I can utilize WiFi and use the phone as more than just a PDA like my 3125 was.

Good luck with whatever you do!

Both sound like good deals. For me, I plan to stay w/ AT&T, so I would've been plenty happy to pay just $249.
