I sell them every day and i must say that they are pretty bad phones for that price... buttons are cracking bad on black series of s500 cuz its factory error but the gold/yellow ones are good. Softwere is nice but PCB materials are also bad and chips burn like 1000 years old **** !!! I must say that for the same price that i sell cellphones K800 is better in 666 ways

i have this phone atm and it seems fine. not alot of extra features that i dont use like other phones the keys and materials the phones made of isnt bad =/ i tend to be very careful with phones so they never drop lol but my sister has the same phone as me and she dropped it a few times... didnt crack or anything at all.. only thing thats coming off is prob the glue at the bottom corner of her phone probably but thats barely noticeable

I have the w580i which has the same style buttons. I don't think that they would crack easily, but it seems that they would indeed break off easily. One of the only qualms I had with the phone.

I just got this phone... i chose it cuz it doesnt have a million features i never use. Its a great phone, but the quality of the materials does seem a little bit flimsy... not what i expected for what i payed.

I'm more interested in looks than a bunch of features I know I'll never use, which is why this phone seems perfect for me.
However, I've read many reviews saying there's constant problems with the phone shutting itself down and keys cracking (I've also read that this problem is fixed with the new ones).
Any insight into how commonplace these problems are, or if they have been fixed, would be greatly appreciated, I'd rather not drop $150 on a phone that has a good chance to break.
Also, if you believe this phone isn't worth it, any suggestions of another phone that is aesthetically pleasing would be appreciated as well.
