I recently received the L9 slvr. I'm having some serious issues. The main problem is that I can't use any automated menus. For instance if it says "Press 1 for english" I can press 1 all day and nothing. I can't check my voice mails I can't do anything. For my company I have to use automated menu's to get to dispatch etc. and currently am unable. This is a big issue for me. Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this? Also I'm unable to send pictures in messages. Anyone have these issues?
