I agree that some of their stuff is cheap, but they're not scamming anyone. You get what you pay for.

Can you cite any of your claims that batteries bought from the store exploded?
I only purchased 1 battery from them and I didn't keep it long enough to use it. Back a few years ago there was news stories and posts all over the place that were going into detail about these Knock-Off batteries and Cellphoneshop was one of the stores. They closed the site down for a short time, then reopened it after that. I remember it was that site because I had purchased the junk I got from them a few months before. If I can find those old articles, then I will post them. But this was back in 2003 and 2004 I think. So any news stories might have been deleted. The batteries were for Nokia phones, but they might have been for others. Nokia for a fact though.

For anyone that hasn't heard of Cellphoneshop.net, keep away from them! Everything they sell is Knock-Off junk! I had purchased a bunch of things from them because the prices seemed so great, but everything turned out to be trash. I ended up throwing away everything, because sending it all back to China would have cost a lot, and they didn't offer any refunds. The batteries they sell don't have the holograms on them, that OEM, or even reputable sellers put on them. So they could easily blow up! The accessories are so cheaply built, that they don't fit correctly and will break when removing them. I also purchased some headphones, which ALL had static on them, and all had come in generic bags; Which means they are Knock-Offs. They don't sell anything OEM, and if they claim it is, they are lying! That site was part of the battery scare that Nokia customers went through years ago. Some people had purchased these cheap batteries from sites like Cellphoneshop, and they caught on fire; burning down houses and burning people ! They go by different names, but you can spot them because the phone numbers are the same.

Pretty much anything made in China is junk, but what Cellphoneshop.net sells is even worse.

    You have been warned.
