For PC users - AVS Video tools works brillinatly - it is simple and will convert multiple formats. I have used it for my iPod and iPhone for about a yera. Not free - but it works as advertised.

For those of you running Windoze, have a look at SUPER, from erightsoft. Google "super video."

I think the original poster just wanted to know a simple way of putting video's on the iPhone as Apple has made it difficult for people who do not understand codecs, file formats, etc. If they have a video they like on their computer, they just want it on their iPhone. No fuss, no muss. iSquint makes this possible for those types of users.

iSquint is a simple version of virsualhub.
The only function is convert video to ipod.
Supported formats: .mov .mp4 .avi .dv .mpg .vob .3gp .asf .wmv .flv .m4v
I don't like it so much.

Use iSquint. This little video convertor will convert almost any video format to be compatible with the iPhone, iPod Touch. It also has the option to import the completed version right into iTunes. Google iSquint and you will find it.
