I was contemplating getting an iPhone but I'm holding-off. I heard that the battery must be changed at the factory by Apple. When they handle the unit, doesn't that erase all downloaded information and also compromise security? I also am unable to download anything, so what would I see on the iPhone? I would only get what is built-in. I use an iMac at a store and I am not permitted to download anything. I also learned that the iPhone has no ability to watch live TV shows such as Fox, ABC, NBC, etc. It would be nice to watch the Olympics on the LCD screen. What do you think?
