I wrote an article a while back (just put it in my blog). It's located here: The Terrors of the Cell Phone - The Orator of the Future - Cell Phone Forums

    is it less personal? perhaps.
is it annoying to sit on the phone and have a conversation that would be wonderful to have in person? certainly.

Dose anyone notice that they get less out of a conversation when using a wireless cell phone system than talking directly with someone? I'm doing a study to prove to America whether or not this is fact or fiction.
