    Thanks for replying - I have an SGH-736 and have tried the Sony DRM route to load my own ringtunes, but to no avail.

    I find this really frustrating as they don't offer any other ringtones than music (I just want a simple ringing).

    Some Samsung phones cannot use MMF files. What model phone do you have?

    I made a few .mmf files to use as ring tunes, but when I select them to use as a ring tune, the 'set as' option is not there (ie set as Call Ring Tune).


    Any help would be appreciated.
