I'm not sure how to ID the caller (and I believe you're right...it's gonna be tough - take a look at their privacy policy), but there are services you can subscribe to that will not allow blocked or hidden numbers to get through. The caller will receive a message letting them know you don't accept calls from these numbers and they will be forced to call from a non blocked number...or not call you at all. I know this isn't what you're looking for, but it could be a good stop gap while you're searching.

In this particular case, the search does confirm that there's a specific province (local), name and address that's attached to the number but will not sell it if it's outside the US. Again, any ideas on how to be resourceful is very much appreciated. We probably will visit the local police in the near future but would rather not since it reveals a lack of trust on our part. I hope you successfully resolved your situation. The little girl who disappeared in Vt, supposedly to meet someone she was secretly talking to online has only deepened our concern.
I am sorry I didnt even realize you were in Canada should have gotten then clue when you said what carrier you were on.

A family member has some issues with a caller who is not what you'd call menacing but is potentially disturbing enough to at least find out who he is for our peace of mind. Unlike landline cross-directories, this info is not readily accessible. Any help, particularly from a present or former employee with special insight, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
