i like my 6555 but the camera is horrible. it has to be super bright for it to come out other than that is ok

It feels very comfortable and solid in the hand, and it cradles the head well. As on the Razr, the antenna is on the bottom of the phone, so the 6555 has a similar "double chin." Yet, it's important to note that this bulge has a smooth, aerodynamic shape

The Nokia 6555 had disappointing picture quality, and the speakerphone volume was rather low. It's also missing an FM radio and the battery life was poor

My 6555 works just fine except the backlite goes out in eight or nine seconds.. I was told by at least 3 att and t people that it cannot be adjusted.
Att and T didn't tell me this before I bought the phone.
Had they, I wouldn't of bought it.
Att and T said it was my doings, I should of checked out the phone first. Ever other phone I or my wife have ever had the backlite stayed on for a decent interval.
AT and T will not do anything for me except sell me a new phone.
I need to write a letter to someone high in management. I cannot seem to find a name however. Can anyone help me with this?
    Thanks,
    Ned
