Have you tried checking e-bay under unlock cellphones carrying quadband transmission?... look for all those chinese export phones, they carry as many features as the iphones,verizon, etc and other service providers cell phones being sold to the public, although you'll know you're on the right track when you see the ones that carry "two" sim cards capabilities.

I think it's possible. My friend got a prepaid sim card with its telephone number. I don't see why not to have multiple sim card and phone number. You could try ask your local cellphone shop just to be sure.
