Okay, so any phone that has that 1900 band even if it's a duel band phone can be unlocked to be used with a Cincinnati Bell Wireless phone?

Cincinnati Bell runs on the 1900 band, so make sure the unlocked GSM phone has that band on it, if there's a particular model you like, you can check on phonescoop.com.

    Durkmusic welcome to CPF.

can you provide us with more info like who your service provider is? some phones even if unlocked will only work on certain bands, T-MOBILE for example uses the 1900 band, whereas as AT&T mainly uses the 850 band, so it all depends on what provider you used, it's not a matter of unlocking it again, the phone is already unlocked, you just have to choose the right one for your service provider.

You can get a great deal on a new phone from ebay and it's unlocked to. The problem is it says it's unlocked to only a few service providers. I have a local service provider that would never be on there. Is there a way to unlock it for all service providers? Or can the phone only work with those few? Thanks for all your help!
