    Is it asking for a "subcidy code" or "security lock code"...


    also, keep in mind that if you enter a wrong code more than three times it will lock your phone which means you will have to take it to Sprint to get it unlocked.

    Your phone is an iden device, it will only work with a Nextel sim card or Boost if it's unlocked, that's why it's asking for a code now.

    If your daughter put a non iden sim card into your phone, simply replaced it with your original Nextel sim card.

    My daughter put a different sim card in my i710 phone now it says enter special code.I don't know what it is. Any one help?
