I moved 2 miles and my cell phones doesn't work now. I get 1-0 bars. I have updated the software to no avail. Sprint is clueless. They gave me a new Instinct to take home and try and it's the same thing. My friend's Vorizon Blackberry works fine and has three bars. Does anybody have any ideas? I need help in a big way.
